Mathematical Science
You will gain a deeper understanding of mathematical concepts and the natural phenomena around you, and learn about the mathematical structures and characteristics behind the leading-edge science you engage with. You will gain deep learning in mathematics and infomation science. This will enable you to find solutions to the various issues facing society with a comprehensive and logical approach.
-
Natural Science
We cultivate human resources who can take a comprehensive and logical approach to society's various problems by acquiring in-depth knowledge of the natural sciences (physics, chemistry, biology, and geology) from a scientific perspective while also learning how to solve them.
-
Civil and Environmental Engineering
Course of Civil and Environmental Engineering integrates civil engineering, architecture, and science of disaster prevention with geophysical sciences. Student learns the technology of social infrastructures to support our daily life, industry, and economic activity.
-
Mechanical Science
Based on a firm knowledge of mathematics and physics, students study the basics and practical techniques of mechanical engineering. Students are expected to contribute to manufacturing and innovation in various engineering fields, including both interdisciplinary and emerging fields.
-
Applied Chemistry
We seek to produce knowledgeable professionals who can contribute to creating key materials for the society, and those who can deal with various problems in the society from a chemistry perspective.
-
Electrical and Electronic Engineering
This course fosters human resources who can contribute to the development of electronic devices supporting the next-generation IoT society, the generation and effective use of electric energy, the development of communication measurement and control systems, and the electronics circuit technology.
-
Computer Science
In addition to gaining a broad knowledge of basic science, students will learn how to integrate information and intelligent engineering to develop innovative and creative information and intelligent systems. The department strives to develop researchers and engineers who can identify, planning, and solving problems.
-
Optical Science
We provide systematic education and research on light conducted individually in various academic fields. We offer a unique curriculum focused on "Optical Science & Optical Engineering" that integrates several subjects. We will develop human resources with a broad perspective and creativity.
