On October 7, 2024, the International Office at Tokushima University hosted a welcome event for new international students. The purpose of the event was to help newcomers settle into their new environment by providing opportunities to connect with both Japanese students and fellow international students. A total of 31 international students and 14 Japanese students attended.
The event featured a variety of games and informal chats over light refreshments, creating a lively and relaxed atmosphere. Participants quickly broke the ice and enjoyed getting to know one another through these activities.
The International Office will continue to organize events that foster connections between international and Japanese students. We warmly welcome anyone interested in international exchange to join us at future events!
