On July 18, the delegation of the Faculty of Nursing of Chiang Mai University visited the Faculty of Medicine of Tokushima University. The purpose of this visit is to exchange opinions on technological tools regarding education and learning, such as a VR technology to improve nursing skills.
The delegation took a tour of the Clinical Skills Laboratory of Tokushima University and experienced a VR which allows to study about clinical environment and some high-performance simulators. Participants enthusiastically asked questions about the implementation of the Virtual Reality-Based Teaching Materials at Tokushima University.
In addition, the VR teaching materials which have been developed at Chiang Mai University were introduced to Tokushima University faculty members and a meaningful exchange of opinions about education using a VR was held among all participants.
